Job Description

The RAC Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth and competitiveness of Samsung's Residential Air Conditioning portfolio in Latin America. This role combines market intelligence, product strategy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure our RAC lineup meets customer needs, outperforms competitors, and delivers sustainable business results.

Key Job Responsabilities

Product & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct detailed product benchmarking, including pin-to-pin comparisons with competitors.
• Assess product strengths, weaknesses, and gaps to support decision-making on roadmap and positioning.

Product Roadmap & Value Proposition

• Manage the RAC product roadmap, ensuring each product's value proposition is clearly defined and differentiated.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align product strategy with market requirements.

Go-to-Market Execution

• Support and monitor the launch of new products, coordinating marketing, sales, and operational activities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to maximize adoption and sales performance.

Performance Analysis

• Analyze sales performance by channel and product, including sell-in, sell-out, weeks of inventory, and price competitiveness.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize product and sales strategies.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping

• Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity in the Residential Air Conditioning market.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans, securing stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, preferably in HVAC, consumer electronics, or a related industry.
• Proven track record in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English skills; Spanish is a plus.
