Join OSM Thome as a Cook on our Offshore Seismic/Research Vessel operating in Brazil. We are seeking a skilled cook to provide nutritious and satisfying meals for our crew aboard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily meals for crew members, ensuring variety and nutrition.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a 2nd Cook / Cook / Chief Cook on Offshore vessels, preferably Seismic/research.
  • Holding Helicopter Underwater Escape Course with CA-EBS.
  • Holding Schengen Visa if non-EU.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
  • Valid maritime certifications.
