Job Purpose
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Principais responsabilidades

• Executar as atividades fiscais e contábeis, analisando os lançamentos bem como providenciando as correções que se fizerem necessárias;
• Conferir todos os documentos fiscais referentes entradas e saídas de mercadorias e serviços, verificando natureza fiscal, incidência de impostos, textos, códigos fiscais, valores, etc, providenciando as correções no sistema quando necessário;
• Apurar os impostos diretos fazendo a análise das despesas dedutíveis e indedutíveis;
• Executar a apuração dos impostos indiretos;
• Atendimento às auditorias internas e externas;
• Suportar o processo de emissão de lançamento de notas fiscais no sistema IFS;
• Preparar e entregar obrigações acessórias da área fiscal e contábil, bem como suportar a empresa na preparação para adequação as exigências da futura Reforma Tributária;
• Emitir guias dos impostos apurados;
• Auxiliar os clientes em dúvidas pertinentes as notas fiscais emitidas pela empresa;
• Orientar os fornecedores de como emitir as Notas Fiscais de compra da empresa de acordo com as particularidades fiscais da companhia.

O que estamos procurando

• Superior em Ciências Contábeis ou Administração (ou em formação)
• Desejável Pós-Graduação na área Tributária e conhecimentos sobre a nova Reforma Tributária
• Vivência no cargo de Analista Fiscal e Contábil
• Formação de Analista Fiscal
