We are seeking a proactive CPI Support Specialist with experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration. The role focuses on support with a strong foundation in implementation and troubleshooting. Candidates should demonstrate autonomy problem-solving skills and a passion for integration technologies. Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement middleware solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain integration processes using SAP CPI PI Odata and Rest API to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues ensuring timely resolution to maintain system integrity and performance.
  • Optimize existing middleware configurations to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Document integration processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in middleware integration and data management.
  • Support the development of new features and functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest middleware technologies and trends.
  • Contribute to the companys innovation initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on industry experience.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in SAP CPI PI Odata Rest API.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Provide hands-on support for CPI interfaces with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Handle incident and change management through ticketing tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Basic knowledge on CI/CD.

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Cloud Platform Integration
