This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager III in Latin America.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead platform-focused initiatives that directly impact scalability, reliability, and business outcomes. You will operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering with engineering, data, SEO, and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, technical fluency, and outcome-driven prioritization rather than feature delivery alone. You will manage the platform roadmap, ensure technical solutions align with business goals, and maintain clarity across teams through documentation and structured processes. Working remotely in Latin America, you will have the autonomy to influence key technical decisions while supporting rapid growth initiatives. Your work will ensure platform stability, enablement, and readiness for scaling operations efficiently.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the platform roadmap, managing initiatives related to site architecture, CMS performance, scalability, QA, and SEO foundations.
  • Collaborate with engineers to debug, unblock, and scope technical solutions, bridging technical feasibility with business objectives.
  • Translate business outcomes into clear product specifications and track measurable results to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Lead discovery and validation processes, prioritizing internal and client-facing requests through structured intake and scoring systems.
  • Ensure technical platform supports SEO enablement, including performance, schema, and scalable content rollout.
  • Maintain clear documentation, write structured PRDs, surface trade-offs, and ensure alignment across engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, coordinating work between engineering, QA, data, and operations to address blockers and keep initiatives on track.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a technical or platform focus.
  • Strong technical fluency or background in engineering, able to discuss code, debug issues, and evaluate solution feasibility.
  • Experience managing CMS-based systems at scale (e.g., Webflow or headless CMS).
  • Proven ability to work across disciplines and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Highly analytical, able to define success metrics, analyze data, and present insights to inform prioritization and decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with modern product development practices: agile, Kanban, discovery frameworks, backlog grooming, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including clear PRDs and structured documentation.
  • Fluent in English to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
