Responsibilities:


• Acompanhar e participar ativamente dos processos e campanhas de segurança do trabalho, meio ambiente e afins;


• Monitorar e analisar o desempenho operacional, propondo ações corretivas e de melhoria contínua nos processos logísticos da área (transporte, movimentação de celulose e expedição, etc);


• Garantir o cumprimento das metas de embarques, indicadores de OTIF, tempo de permanência e performance de transportadores;


• Atuar como interface entre áreas internas (Comercial, Produção, Suprimentos, Controladoria, entre outras) e prestadores de serviço logístico;


• Realizar análises críticas de dados e desenvolver relatórios gerenciais e dashboards de indicadores (KPI), garantindo a acuracidade das informações;


• Operacionalizar e parametrizar rotinas no SAP, assegurando a consistência das informações logísticas e financeiras;


• Apoiar e acompanhar projetos de melhoria e inovação logística (CAPEX e OPEX), incluindo viabilidade técnica e financeira;


• Implementar e acompanhar planos de ação para aumento da produtividade, redução de custos e mitigação de riscos logísticos;


• Ser ponto de apoio técnico na implantação de sistemas e tecnologias (IoT, rastreamento, controle de inventário e automação de processos);


• Suportar a gestão no inventário logístico e controle de movimentação de produtos, assegurando a conformidade com políticas de custódia;


• Apoiar o planejamento e execução do cronograma de embarques e entregas, garantindo o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço (SLA) acordados com clientes internos e externos;


• Participar ativamente das reuniões de alinhamento, contribuindo com análises e insights para decisões operacionais e estratégicas

Requisitos:

  • Superior em Engenharia, Administração de Empresa ou áreas afins – Completo

  • Inglês intermediário

  • Conhecimento em Excel

  • Conheicmento em Power BI

  • Conhecimento em SAP

  • Conhecimento em script VBA e RPA
