O que você vai fazer
Responsável por realizar atendimento telefônico ativo e receptivo, garantindo suporte aos clientes de uma empresa de bens de consumo com diversas linhas de produtos. As principais atividades incluem esclarecer dúvidas, registrar solicitações, solucionar problemas e fornecer informações sobre produtos e serviços, assegurando uma experiência positiva e eficiente.
O que esperamos de você
- Experiência com Atendimento ao Cliente (SAC/CX/CS);
- Boa comunicação verbal e escuta ativa;
- Organização e agilidade no atendimento;
- Conhecimento em informática;
- Inglês ou Espanhol intermediário será um diferencial.
