O que você vai fazer

Responsável por realizar atendimento telefônico ativo e receptivo, garantindo suporte aos clientes de uma empresa de bens de consumo com diversas linhas de produtos. As principais atividades incluem esclarecer dúvidas, registrar solicitações, solucionar problemas e fornecer informações sobre produtos e serviços, assegurando uma experiência positiva e eficiente.



O que esperamos de você
  • Experiência com Atendimento ao Cliente (SAC/CX/CS);
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escuta ativa;
  • Organização e agilidade no atendimento;
  • Conhecimento em informática;
  • Inglês ou Espanhol intermediário será um diferencial.
