Em plena fase de expansão nacional, com unidades em São Paulo, Campinas e Brasília, o grupo busca uma pessoa de RH Estratégico (Business Partner) para ser protagonista na construção da área de Gente & Cultura.
Seu desafio será:
Estruturar e implementar políticas de RH alinhadas à cultura e aos valores do grupo.
Desenvolver práticas modernas e humanizadas de onboarding, avaliação, clima e desenvolvimento de líderes.
Acompanhar de perto as equipes e lideranças, promovendo cultura, engajamento e performance.
Viajar pontualmente para as unidades (Campinas e Brasília) para acompanhar o time e fortalecer a cultura organizacional.
Atuar com visão estratégica e energia prática, transformando planos em resultados reais.
Profissional com experiência em RH generalista ou business partner estratégico, em ambientes dinâmicos e em crescimento.
Capacidade de construir processos e cultura, com olhar humano e analítico.
Energia, autonomia e propósito em fazer o novo acontecer.
Disponibilidade para presença nas unidades e viagens ocasionais.
Mente aberta e respeito à diversidade: aqui, o foco é criar experiências positivas e autênticas.
