THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an End User Quality Hub Analyst to our Business Transformation - End User Quality Hub team in São Paulo, Brazil 

Our team is focused on being a core engine for data-driven improvements across our operations team and our company. We are dedicated to conducting detailed, high-quality analysis that translates raw data into strategic insights. Your work will directly enable data-led decisions, driving improvements in KPIs and OKRs, and resulting in tangible process optimization across the organization.

YOUR IMPACT

Drive KPI/OKR Improvement: By applying a meticulous focus on detail to large datasets, you will identify key performance drivers, root causes, and hidden opportunities that directly influence the improvement of our defined KPIs and OKRs.Optimize the User Experience (UX): You will conduct in-depth analysis of the end-to-end user journey (e.g., onboarding, feature adoption, churn points), using data to pinpoint friction points and key drop-off reasons, and proactively recommend concrete, data-backed improvements.Elevate Decision-Making: You'll transform analytical findings into clear, engaging presentations for broader audiences, ensuring strategic insights are understood and acted upon by stakeholders from different levels of our organization.Translate and Recommend: You'll bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy, ensuring every analysis culminates in a clear, prioritized set of actionable recommendations designed to achieve measurable results.Collaborate and Implement: You'll partner with operational teams, product owners, and senior leadership to ensure your insights and recommendations are successfully implemented and their impact is continually measured.Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE

A Performance-Focused Analyst: You are passionate about using data not just to report what happened, but to drive measurable improvement in business performance, with a relentless focus on improving KPIs and OKRs.Proficient in English: You have good to excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Obsessed with Detail: You possess a strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and the accuracy of all findings and recommendations.Advanced Excel knowledge. SQL knowledge is a plus.A User Journey Detective: You have proven experience in analyzing, mapping, and dissecting end-to-end user journeys and related business processes to identify drivers of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.A Proactive Collaborator: You are comfortable and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can effectively partner with cross-functional teams to implement and track the results of your recommendations.An expert Storyteller and Presenter: You are highly skilled in synthesizing complex analysis into concise, compelling narratives and can create and deliver high-impact presentations to different audiences.
