Procuramos quem domina enablement B2B: criação de playbooks, treinamentos (onboarding, roleplays), auditorias de performance e uso estratégico de Bitrix24. Conhecimento em Power BI/Google Data Studio é diferencial. Experiência em construção/materiais sustentáveis conta muito.

A Reset Madeira Ecológica é pioneira em soluções sustentáveis com madeira plástica, atuando em projetos de design, arquitetura e construção. Buscamos profissional estratégico para estruturar nosso enablement comercial e capacitar times.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Estruturar e otimizar processos de pitch comercial e utilização de ferramentas.
  • Desenvolver e manter playbooks comerciais por canal.
  • Implementar programas de treinamento (onboarding, roleplays) para matriz e franqueados.
  • Realizar auditorias de performance, identificar gaps e propor ações corretivas.
  • Alinhar processos entre Comercial, Marketing e RH para garantir padrão de atendimento e resultados.
  • Engajar e capacitar equipes para multiplicação de conhecimento.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência em enablement comercial e vendas B2B.
  • Vivência na criação de playbooks e metodologias de vendas (SPIN, BANT, MEDDIC).
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados (Power BI ou Google Data Studio).
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a processos, com excelente didática e comunicação.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência no segmento construção civil, madeira/materiais sustentáveis ou bens duráveis.
  • Experiência com treinamento de franquias ou redes de distribuição.
  • Conhecimento no CRM Bitrix24.
