As SAP Cloud Security Senior Lead, you'll drive the security strategy for Mars' cutting-edge SAP cloud platforms (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, IAS). Reporting to the SAP Security Senior Manager, you'll shape role-based access, identity governance, and user provisioning for our global enterprise.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement robust security roles and processes for SAP cloud systems
- Define access requirements, build team-based groupings, and facilitate security testing
- Partner with Platform and Identity teams to streamline user access and onboarding
- Document security configurations and lead knowledge transfer to support teams
- Ensure solutions align with Mars' standards and S/4HANA transformation goals
- Collaborate with SAP experts and external partners to deliver project success
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years' SAP security experience, ideally on large S/4HANA programs
- Deep expertise in SAP application security, IT controls, and identity management
- Hands-on experience with SAP cloud solutions (BTP, Cloud ALM, IAS, IAG)
- Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and business needs
