Objetivo:
O Analista será responsável pela recepção e escrituração de documentos fiscais de entrada. As atividades abrangem apurações dos impostos retidos, entrega de obrigações acessórias, emissão de guias de impostos para pagamento, suporte nas conciliações contábeis de impostos (acompanhamento e saneamento de pendências), upload mensal de todo livro de apuração na ferramenta do Workflow, apoio no atendimento às auditorias interna e externa e Atendimento às áreas internas.
Principais atividades:
- Responsável pelas apurações de impostos retidos na fonte (ISS, CSRF, IRRF, IRPF e INSS);
- Apoio ao Coordenador da área na revisão das apurações e emissão de guias de impostos;
- Apoio no processo de conciliação contábil das contas relacionadas a impostos retidos;
- Elaboração das principais Obrigações Acessórias relacionadas a impostos retidos: MIT, E-Social, REINF, DCTF Web e obrigações municipais;
- Acompanhamento de mudanças de legislação e análise dos impactos nas rotinas da área;
- Acompanhamento das alterações técnicas que impactam a estrutura das obrigações acessórias;
- Apoio no atendimento às auditorias interna e externa: levantamento e análise de documentação solicitada
Perfil requerido:
- Graduação concluída em Contabilidade
- 3 anos na área de impostos
- Conhecimento nos sistemas Mastersaf e Oracle
- Excel Intermediário/Avançado
- Boa comunicação;
- Trabalho em equipe;
- Comprometimento;
- Compromisso com o prazo e a qualidade das entregas
- Boa gestão de tempo e prioridades
