Your main activities:

  • Take on technical leadership in addressing client problems and inquiries in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), including requirements gathering, error analysis, and solution design

  • Advise internal teams and clients on complex logistics processes in the SAP environment

  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions and oversee their testing and implementation

  • Support interfaces between 2nd and 3rd level support in the logistics area

  • Develop support processes, best practices, and knowledge management.

Requirements and Differentials:

Complete education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related areas;

Solid experience in SAP support, with a focus on logistics;

Deep knowledge in SAP EWM, WM/MM modules and other logistics components (e.g.: interfaces with MFS, integrations with transportation providers, TM, among others);

Experience in customization and debugging;

Analytical profile, with strong problem-solving skills and strategic vision;

Fluent communication in German and English, in addition to customer-oriented approach.
