Shop - IPR Operational Program Manager

Responsibilities
Our E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users but also sellers and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products, and systems to ensure quality. Responsibilities

• Help prevent intellectual property (IP) issues and support improvements to make the IPR program run more efficiently.

• Assist in creating and updating content policies, processes, and guidelines to reduce IP risk.

• Spot gaps or problems in policies and processes, and help start projects to improve quality across the IPR program.

• Work with moderation and vendor teams to support better quality results.

• Support monitoring programs, review reports, and investigate issues to reduce counterfeit risk on the platform.

• Help educate internal teams and external partners on IP rules to ensure protection on TikTok Shop.

• Help track and analyze operational data and metrics to identify IP risks, and support building dashboards to monitor them effectively.

• Support high-priority escalations to make sure harmful behavior is addressed quickly.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor degree.

• 3+ years of experience in related domains, including Customer Experience, Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk, or Compliance programs.

• Excellent stakeholder and program management skills, to influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve results.

• High Oral/Written proficiency in English and Portuguese is required for this role due to cross functional collaboration with global teams.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully in ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
