Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.

Shape financial planning strategy

Based in Macaé, the role provides key financial reporting and analysis to the project execution team and other stakeholders (including the Project Finance Manager, Project Director and the Senior leadership team) to maintain a cost focus and maximize project financial performance.

As the Cost Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Professional who helps the business manage project spending by estimating and analyzing costs, including labor, supplies, devices, logistics, and infrastructure to deliver projects within budget and mitigate financial risks.
  • Cooperates with project managers to implement a specific project control without exceeding its budget.
  • He or She may also write reports and analyze financial data to monitor the performance of projects and present information to key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to analyze costs and maximize profitability.
  • Provide a critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
  • Provide a complete financial analysis, control, and actions to improve the outcomes (Revenue, Cost, Margin, and Past Due).

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Expressive experience working in project management or cost control
  • Well organized with an aptitude for data
  • Be able to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
  • Emotional resilience to work under pressure and manage conflicts.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
