We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Automation & AI Agent Developer with hands-on experience in , building scenarios, and creating AI agents. This role involves designing and implementing automated workflows, integrating APIs, and developing intelligent agents that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code/no-code platforms, AI technologies, and system integration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using , integrating various SaaS platforms and APIs.
• Develop and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI, or similar, tailored to business use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Implement logic-driven scenarios in to handle complex business processes and data flows.
• Integrate AI agents with internal systems, NetSuite, Tableau, and other tools to streamline operations.
• Monitor and optimize workflow performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and minimal downtime.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and AI agent behavior for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging trends in automation, AI, and low-code development to improve solutions continuously.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow execution, API connectivity, and AI agent performance.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across all automation and AI implementations.
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and agile teams to estimate development efforts and ensure complete delivery of solutions and fulfillment requirements.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and recommendations to enhance existing systems and processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including Make scenarios, data dictionaries, AI Agents, and process documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
•
3+ years of experience in automation, software development, or AI-related roles.
• Proven experience with , including advanced scenario building and API integration.
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents using platforms like OpenAI, LangChain, or similar.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for custom logic and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, normalization).
• Strong customer-facing communication & presentation skills are a must.
• Ability to work across multiple teams simultaneously.
• Ability to work with teams across geographical regions.
• Working knowledge of Python, other languages (Java, JavaScript, C#), a plus LATAM Candidates

- Salary between $3800 and $4300 USD per month
