Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and implementing user interfaces, and developing server-side logic to support web functionality. The engineer will also be tasked with writing clean, maintainable code, debugging, and optimizing application performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain
    scalable web applications

  • Work with
    relational and non-relational databases
    (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Design, build, and maintain
    CI/CD pipelines
    , automated testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Configure and manage
    cloud environments
    (AWS, GCP, Supabase, Firebase, etc.).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best development practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and review peers' code.

    Contribute to
    mobile apps in Flutter
    or features involving
    AI and automation
    .

Qualifications

Required

  • Proficiency in / (front-end) and (back-end).
  • Experience in back-end Web Development: , GoLang, C# or similar
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments.
  • Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, and Git-based workflows.
  • Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
:

  • Experience with Flutter (mobile/web).
  • Knowledge of AI, automation and RAG-based solutions.
  • Experience with Supabase or Firebase ecosystems.
  • Previous experience working in startups or fast-paced product teams.
