Senior or Mid-level Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line support with network troubleshooting.
  • Ensure customer service in accordance with "Service Level Agreement (SLA)".
  • Implementation of national and international SDWAN network projects using Starlink, LTE and 5G technology (onsite and/or remote).
  • Configuration and maintenance of cloud-based network infrastructure for SDWAN solutions.

Requirements:

  • CISCO CCNA certification and solid knowledge in network architectures: SDWAN, VLAN, VPN, IP routing, firewall configuration, mobile technology (4G/5G).
  • Good communication skills for customer service and self-satisfaction in solving problems (Troubleshooting).
  • Solid knowledge of Hosting infrastructure, routing rules, BGP and VPN.
  • Appetite for innovative solutions involving mobile communication technologies (Starlink, LTE, 5G, SDWAN).
  • Fluent English mandatory.
  • Differential Spanish.
