As Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic execution and ensuring operational excellence while strengthening customer satisfaction and fostering talent development. Your role will be critical in aligning operations with long-term goals, enhancing efficiency, and promoting a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic execution of operational plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities;
  • Guarantee operational excellence through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices;
  • Foster customer satisfaction by strengthening relationships and ensuring quality, reliability, and responsiveness in operations;
  • Drive talent development by building, mentoring, and retaining high-performance teams;
  • Oversee the achievement of financial and operational targets (OKRs, SQDCEP), ensuring accountability and predictability across processes;
  • Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to secure sustainable performance;
  • Champion CRM adoption and local commercial processes to enhance customer engagement and market competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in executive leadership within the capital goods, machinery, or industrial manufacturing sector;
  • Strong track record in delivering operational excellence, leading transformation projects, and ensuring strategic execution;
  • Ability to drive financial and operational targets, maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers, and ensure corrective actions through KPI monitoring;
  • Solid expertise in promoting CRM adoption and commercial processes, with a strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Mobility to reside in Rio Grande do Sul.
