What are we looking for?

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP IBP Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across IBP modules, especially Demand (Forecasting) and Response (Order-based), combined with analytical skills to drive Fit/Gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing. This role requires ownership of the full project lifecycle, training key users, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the organization. Previous experience in Supply Chain or Logistics will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead SAP IBP implementation projects from requirements gathering to final delivery.

· Configure and implement IBP modules with focus on Demand and Response.

· Provide expertise in IBP for Supply, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.

· Conduct Fit/Gap analysis, create functional designs, and oversee configuration, testing, and cutover.

· Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions for key users and business teams.

· Act as the subject matter expert, supporting both technical and functional stakeholders with complex IBP-related issues.

Required Qualifications

· Proven track record in SAP IBP solution implementations.

· Strong knowledge of Supply & Demand Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Planning.

· Hands-on experience with IBP solution design, configuration, and testing.

· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and ownership skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as within collaborative teams.

· Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

· Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

· Previous experience in Supply Chain or Logistics environments.

· Exposure to multicultural and fast-paced project contexts.
