O Analista será responsável pelas seguintes atividades:

• Atuar em rotinas de rescisão assegurando o perfeito cumprimento da legislação trabalhista para a relação entre a empresa e o colaborador.
• Validar cálculo, cumprir prazos legais e estabelecidos em contrato.
• Emissão e organização da documentação pertinente.
• Atendimento a fiscalizações e auditorias internas e externas
• Gerar, analisar e garantir o envio das informações para o eSocial e identificar / corrigir eventuais erros.

Qualificações:

• Indispensável que tenha conhecimento e vivência nos processos mencionados acima.
• Experiência e conhecimento no sistema SAP HR - experiência atuando como usuário nesta ferramenta.
• Conhecimento e experiência no aplicativo federal eSocial / DCTFweb / FGTS digital.
• Conhecimento e experiência na área empresarial de Outsourcing ou contabilidade é um importante diferencial (prestador de serviços).
• Experiência em metodologias de validação como documentos padronizados, instruções de trabalho, check-list, documentos de auditoria, métricas de SLA (acordo de nível de serviço).
• Experiência para trabalhar com alto volume de processamento de dados.

Serão diferenciais:

• Conhecimento e experiência em relação às rotinas e processamento de folha de pagamento e encargos.
• Idioma: Inglês e/ou Espanhol.
