Formação:

Formação Superior ou cursando em Engenharia ou áreas afins. (Produção / Elétrica / Eletrônica / Mecânica / Automação)

Inglês avançado

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

Experiência em Análise de Capacidade Fabril (mandatório)

Experiência em processo de parafusamento automático e semiautomático.

Experiência em automação de máquinas de montagem (CLP e sensores).

Experiência em tempos & métodos / capacidade de produção (balanceamento de linha).

Conhecimento em layout de processo e Autocad.

Conhecimento em processo de inspeção com câmeras (sistema de visão).

Conhecimento em máquinas de aplicação de cola / pasta térmica.

Conhecimento em manutenção de Jig's de Montagem.

Conhecimento em sistema MES.

Requisitos desejáveis:

Conhecimento de ferramentas Lean Six Sigma;

Conhecimento em manufatura de eletroeletrônicos;

Conhecimento de PFMEA;

Conhecimento em ESD.

Principais atividades:

Planejar e realizar o estudo de capacidade da fábrica nos processos (SMD-HI-FA).

Mapear fluxo das atividades de processos e materiais na área de manufatura.
