We are looking for a customer-centric intern to join us on the 99Food Delivery team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our couriers and to drive strategic and sustainable growth.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting data analyses that will help shape our business strategy. This includes creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve our growth.Hence, you will be able to improve both your technical and business skills through industry experience that will contribute to your professional development.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist the regional operations team in daily data analysis (e.g., order volume, user feedback, merchant performance) and generate visual reports;
• Support merchant operations, including campaign planning, and issue resolution;
• Monitor local market trends, collect competitor insights, and propose optimization strategies;
• Complete other operational tasks assigned by supervisors.

Role Qualifications

• Proactiveness;
• Analytical skills;
• Is studying Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas (preferred);
• Advanced English
