About Us

At Vanti, we specialize in preparing professionals to communicate effectively in corporate environments. Our methodology focuses on fluency development through practical, dynamic, and personalized lessons tailored to real-world life and business needs.

Position Details

Hybrid position (Online classes + On-site in-company classes.)

Contract type: PJ (independent contractor)

Target audience: Adults and corporate professionals

Class format: One-on-one or small groups

Teaching materials provided by the institute

Typical teaching hours: Morning and late afternoon/evening (based on your availability and student demand)

What We're Looking For

Fluent in English (minimum B2 level, certification is a plus but not required)

At least 1 year of experience teaching English to adults

Proven experience teaching Business English (mandatory)

Ability to adapt lessons to each student's needs

Passion for teaching and commitment to student success

Comfortable using technology for high-quality online classes
