Your Role
As
Manufacturing Manager
, you will be responsible for leading internal production at our Campo Bom facility and managing the manufacturing and assembly phase on external projects at client sites in Brazil and abroad. Your role will be essential to ensure
efficiency, quality, safety, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Internal Production Management:
Supervise and optimize the manufacturing processes at the Campo Bom unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
External Production Management:
Coordinate the manufacturing and assembly stage carried out at client facilities, ensuring alignment with E2PS standards and the specific requirements of each project.
Team Leadership:
Develop and lead the manufacturing coordinators, promoting technical training, strategic alignment, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Indicators:
Establish and manage KPIs related to production, quality, safety, and costs, proposing corrective actions and improvements.
Cost Management:
Control manufacturing costs by seeking opportunities for reduction and optimization without compromising quality.
Quality and Safety:
Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and with the quality requirements of both the company and its clients.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Collaborate closely with supply chain, project management, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between planning, execution, and client expectations.
Integration with Engineering and Technical Support:
Work in partnership with the technical areas to ensure the efficient execution of projects and the resolution of any deviations.
Lead the team of manufacturing/assembly coordinators and optimize the processes in the area, ensuring that deadlines, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Solid experience in industrial production management and external projects
Strong knowledge of KPIs, cost management, and occupational safety
Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
Availability for national and international travel
