Your Missions

  • Analisar quantitativamente e qualitativamente os princípios ativos de Bulk, Produtos Acabados e Matérias-primas, utilizando métodos de HPLC (no software Open Lab e Empower), Espectrofotometria Visível, ou outras técnicas validadas.
  • Analisar fisicamente e quimicamente os produtos, matérias primas, água.
  • Realizar a transferência analítica de produtos acabados, matérias primas envolvidas na fabricação dos produtos da empresa ou de terceiros.
  • Gerenciar compras de consumíveis para os equipamentos, reagentes e padrões para análise de produtos e matérias-primas.
  • Auxiliar no suporte analítico às reclamações de mercado.
  • Confecção de contrato de gerenciamento de laboratórios de análises em terceiros ;
  • Elaboração de Protocolos e Relatórios de Estabilidade de acompanhamento.
  • Conhecimento em Analisadores de Carbono (TOC), Condutividade e pH.
  • Preparar a área para receber Inspeções e Auditorias.
  • Fazer análise crítica de documentos, especificações, Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POP´s) e metodologia analítica.
  • Realizar padronização/caracterização de matéria-prima juntamente com suporte e treinamento.
  • Dar suporte ao auxiliar de laboratório e estagiários.
  • Realizar a abertura, investigação e conclusão de desvios.
  • Realizar a abertura, elaboração e conclusão de controles de mudança.
  • Gerenciamento de CAPAS, OOS e FIFA ;
  • Gerenciamento de Desvios;
  • Gerenciamento de Análises em terceiros;

Your Profile

  • Superior completo em Farmácia, Química,Bioquímica ou Engenharia Química.
  • Normas e legislações de saúde.
  • Implementação de processos e procedimentos.
  • Validações de metodologias.
  • Conhecimentos de BPF.
  • Manuseio dos equipamentos HPLC, UV e demais equipamentos Laboratoriais.B
  • Boas praticas em equipamentos de laboratório e troubleshooting.
  • Conhecimento nas farmacopeias (Americana, Europeia e Brasileira), IN nº15 (teste de estabilidade de produtos
  • farmacêuticos de uso veterinários ).
  • Conhecimentos em sistems 5S
  • Conhecimentos em KPI (Key Performance Indicator) de materias-primas, produto, e estabilidade .
