The Service Delivery Coordinator – Wireline Field Services Operations ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes revenue, profitability, and cash collection by delivering high‑quality operations, on‑time execution, and strong contract adherence. This role coordinates all job‑related activities across organizational boundaries, acting as the primary interface between the customer, field operations, and internal support teams.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for the client throughout job planning, execution, and close‑out.
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in alignment with Baker Hughes' non‑negotiables, operational processes, and cultural pillars.
• Reviewing and fully understanding assigned contracts and quotes to ensure compliance and value capture.
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities across the full Job Cycle, ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams and functions.
• Supervising and coordinating service or technical personnel through job assignments, project management, administrative oversight, and technical support.
• Managing one or multiple product lines or service offerings within Wireline operations.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or have equivalent professional experience.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in Wireline, Fishing, and Plug & Abandonment operations.
• Demonstrate proven experience in service delivery or coordination within Wellbore Construction (cased/open hole) and Intervention (Fishing, Wellbore Clean‑Up, Subsea Plug & Abandonment).
• Have strong understanding of tool mechanics, hydraulics, tubemove, and torque & drag.
• Show experience in resource planning, personnel allocation, and operational management.
• Bring creativity, adaptability, and strong problem‑solving skills to dynamic field environments.
