Agent Quality Management (AQM) is a GenAI-powered quality assurance solution designed for customer contact centers. It automates the evaluation of customer-agent interactions (starting with calls, email and chat will follow) to assess agent performance on key skills like communication, empathy, and resolution, as well as customer sentiment. Traditionally, quality management has involved manual reviews of a small subset (1–3%) of calls. AQM revolutionizes this process by enabling automated, consistent, and scalable evaluations — improving feedback cycles, coaching effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Location and Flexibility

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). Our WFN culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and guide cross-organizational engineers in following platform-level design patterns in their projects.
• Orchestrate CI infrastructure for minimal pipeline run times and actionable feedback.
• Contribute to and guide cross-organizational engineers in following platform-level design patterns in their products.
• Help mentor and coach a product team towards shared goals and outcomes
• Navigate difficult conversations by providing constructive feedback to teams
• Identify obstacles to ensure quality, improve our user experience and how we build tests
• Be self-aware of limitations, yet curious to learn new solutions while being receptive to constructive feedback from teammates
• Guide your team to understand and work through changing priorities by bringing positive energy
• Communicate and simplify complex problems in order to foster understanding across multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of web development experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in TypeScript , ) and TypeORM
• Comprehensive understanding of back-end code, databases (SQL and NoSQL), security, and APIs.
• Experience implementing web security standards in development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, micro services and serverless architecture (GCP and/or AWS)
• Proficient in the discovery process along with stakeholders and formulating detailed plans to solve critical issues.
• Demonstrates the ability to pick up new languages, frameworks, platforms, test methodologies, and patterns rapidly.
• Exceptional ability to present complex technical and product-related information to various partners effectively.
• Proficient in communicating and writing in English

Bonus Points:

• Extensive experience building automated test suites and using granular debugging tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Github actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc., and experience setting up deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Vercel and
• GCP, Apigee and infrastructure proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with Firebase and Firestore
