A Propane é uma agência 360º que atua com múltiplas marcas e campanhas, especialmente em marketing digital, social media, performance, branding e influenciadores.
Buscamos um Graphic Designer Pleno ou Sênior para criar peças gráficas estáticas que elevem o nível visual das nossas campanhas, com foco em clareza, consistência e performance.

O Papel

Como Graphic Designer, você será responsável pela execução de artes estáticas para social media, mídia paga e email marketing, garantindo leitura rápida, hierarquia visual e alinhamento com as diretrizes das marcas.
Você atuará em colaboração com times de conteúdo, social media, performance e influência, contribuindo com soluções visuais eficientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Criar peças gráficas estáticas para social media, campanhas, ads e branding.
  • Adaptar layouts para diferentes formatos e plataformas (feed, stories, banners, etc.).
  • Garantir clareza visual, hierarquia e legibilidade, especialmente para mídia paga.
  • Seguir brand guidelines e manter consistência visual entre campanhas.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com times de conteúdo, social media, vídeo e influência.
  • Participar de brainstormings e contribuir com ideias visuais.
  • Organizar arquivos, versões e entregas dentro dos prazos definidos.

Requisitos

  • 3 a 5 anos de experiência como Graphic Designer.
  • Domínio de Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator e Figma (ou ferramentas similares).
  • Portfólio com peças estáticas para social e ads.
  • Boa atenção aos detalhes e agilidade na execução.
  • Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas em ambiente de agência.
  • Português nativo.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em agência e/ou iGaming.
  • Experiência com design para performance (paid media).
  • Boa noção de hierarquia visual e comunicação orientada a conversão.
