Job Overview:

We are searching for Jr Marketing Manager Brand Experience and Events. This position will be responsible for planning and executing all actions, activations and events aligned with our Brand values, creating brand experience consistency across all areas, enhancing long-term loyalty and emotional bond.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute brand-building initiatives, such as marketing actions, activations, events, content and sales experiences
  • Manage the brand guide, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improving the brand experience, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the brand's positioning and relevance

  • Amplify, measure and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives, using insights to inform future strategies, representing the company's brand in external communications and events

  • Background & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related .

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Mindset and proficiency in analytics.
  • Proven project management and team collaboration skills.
  • Language: Advanced English is mandatory.
