We are looking for a Solution Architect to guide customers through the integration process, providing technical support and ensuring seamless implementation. You will help design the best integration approach, test solutions, and collaborate with the product team to enhance our offerings. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset to bridge customer needs with product capabilities.What You Will Be Doing:Communicating with the customers and assisting them with technical questions during the integration stageHelping to select the best approach to build the desired integration schemeTesting integrationsCommunicating with the product team on product developmentAbout You:Prior relevant experience as a Solution Engineer / Solution Architect / Technical Support in various software designs, languages, and architectureIn-depth understanding of coding languages (JavaScript)Notion of various operating systems and databasesAbility to work independently and solve tasks in a short time and under the pressure of a highly competitive marketExcellent communication skills in English, Spanish and PortugueseWhat We Offer:Fully remote and flexible working schedule, with access to a coworking space (in some locations).Working with a product that matters.
