SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

What are we looking for?

As a Sr. Project Manager, you are passionate about driving successful delivery for complex, multi-disciplinary engagements. You bring 7+ years of consulting or agency experience leading digital initiatives, a structured approach to project management, and a proven ability to deliver outcomes that meet both client expectations and business goals. You will coordinate work across multiple cross-functional teams, often spread across geographies and time zones, while acting as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders. This is a leadership role requiring someone who can bring clarity, accountability, and direction in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Main assignments:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring clarity on goals, scope, and timelines
• Coordinate resources across multiple locations and time zones, driving alignment across pods and disciplines
• Act as a primary client-facing partner for delivery, providing proactive updates and managing expectations effectively
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Strategy leads to ensure work is delivered with quality and impact
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating proactively and resolving challenges before they affect delivery
• Ensure all governance, reporting, and documentation requirements are consistently met
• Facilitate cross-team communication, maintaining visibility into progress and ensuring accountability across all contributors
• Support continuous improvement in delivery approaches, leveraging lessons learned to strengthen future engagements

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience, ideally in consulting or agency environments
• Strong experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in complex digital engagements
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across geographies and time zones
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within agreed scope, while adapting to changing priorities
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to tailor approaches to the engagement context
• Bachelor's degree

Differentials:

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches alongside traditional project management practices
• Background in managing projects with both strategic and technical components
• Master's Degree
