Job Duties

Sob supervisão geral, promove um excelente relacionamento com o cliente no local de trabalho. Planeja e realiza os cálculos necessários para a execução do trabalho no poço, conforme necessário. Pode coordenar as atividades dos operadores de serviço durante a montagem e desmontagem dos equipamentos no local, bem como a preparação dos equipamentos para a realização do serviço. Garante a satisfação do cliente com o trabalho executado. É responsável pela gestão do inventário de materiais quando atua como único prestador de serviços da Halliburton no poço. Quando necessário, pode realizar a coleta e distribuição de dados durante os trabalhos. Utiliza processos de desenvolvimento de competências para aprimorar suas habilidades e desempenho no trabalho. Tem a responsabilidade de garantir que a documentação de campo seja corretamente preenchida. As tarefas do cargo, quando executadas corretamente, impactam indiretamente na contenção de custos, eficiência e lucratividade das operações.

Qualifications
  • Curso técnico completo em mecânica, eletrônica ou áreas afins.
  • CFT ativo.
  • 2+ anos de experiência como supervisor(a) de flexitubo ou nitrogênio.
  • Contrato local para Macaé

As habilidades normalmente são adquiridas por meio do cumprimento dos requisitos de Desenvolvimento de Carreira (Competência) da Halliburton para a função. É necessário possuir certificado médico para trabalho offshore, conforme exigido. Conclusão do ensino médio ou equivalente. Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em Serviços de Flexitubo (Coiled Tubing), incluindo experiência específica com ferramentas de CT e aplicações em campo. Deve possuir excelentes habilidades na linha de serviço e ter compreensão geral de outras funções de serviço. Deve ter conhecimento do HMS (Halliburton Management System), padrões de HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente), métodos de trabalho e diretrizes para o pessoal de CT. Promove a conscientização sobre segurança e meio ambiente. Promove e participa ativamente dos processos de melhoria da qualidade. É necessário possuir certificado de Treinamento de Sobrevivência e Emergência Offshore, conforme exigido.
