para fortalecer nossa área de operações, atuando diretamente no gerenciamento, execução e estratégia de negociações com criptoativos.

Essa é uma oportunidade para quem quer operar no centro do ecossistema financeiro digital, em uma empresa que conecta pagamentos internacionais, câmbio e infraestrutura blockchain.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Executar operações de compra e venda de criptoativos com precisão e disciplina;
  • Monitorar preços, liquidez e oportunidades nos principais mercados e exchanges;
  • Realizar análise técnica e de fluxo para apoiar decisões de trading;
  • Gerenciar riscos operacionais e de mercado, garantindo controles adequados;
  • Apoiar a tesouraria em estratégias de hedge e balanceamento de carteira;
  • Atuar junto às equipes de Cross Border, Pagamentos e Compliance para garantir total aderência às políticas internas e normas regulatórias;
  • Manter relacionamento ativo com clientes, com proatividade para contactá-los sempre que necessário para alinhamentos, confirmações e oportunidades operacionais;
  • Elaborar relatórios de performance, PnL e indicadores de mercado.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Formação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas (concluída ou em andamento);
  • Experiência prévia com trading, criptoativos, mesa proprietária ou mercados financeiros (desejável);
  • Conhecimentos em análise técnica, execução operacional e ferramentas de mercado;
  • Proatividade para contactar clientes e manter comunicação clara e eficaz;
  • Familiaridade com exchanges, APIs e plataformas de negociação;
  • Perfil analítico, disciplinado, orientado a dados, com senso de urgência e extrema atenção a detalhes;
  • Proatividade, vontade de aprender e interesse real em atuar em uma empresa em expansão;
  • Ética, senso de responsabilidade e comprometimento com segurança operacional.
