The Role:

We are seeking a
Junior Designer

to join our creative team and support the development of impactful visual materials across multiple channels. You'll work closely with content creators, and marketing strategists to craft engaging visuals that help our clients connect authentically with the gaming audience.
This vacancy is 100% remote.

Objectives:

• Develop strong design skills and a solid understanding of Engage's creative standards and brand guidelines.
• Support the production of visually consistent, high-quality assets for digital communication.
• Contribute to the creative process by sharing ideas, testing new visual approaches, and continuously improving design quality.
• Grow into an independent designer capable of leading small creative projects within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Design:

Create visually engaging assets for social media platforms, including static posts, carousels, and promotional banners.
- Content Support:

Design images and graphics to accompany blog posts, articles, and newsletters, ensuring consistency across communication channels.
- Ebook and Report Layout:

Assist in the layout and visual development of ebooks, reports, and other long-form digital materials.
- Asset Adaptation:

Resize, reformat, and optimize existing visuals for multiple digital platforms and formats.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Creative Contribution:

Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh visual ideas to enhance campaign creativity.
- Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on design trends and best practices, applying new insights to improve the team's creative output.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or ongoing studies in
  Graphic Design

Visual Communication

, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of
Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Proficiency with design productivity tools and a fast learner with new software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities or tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment..
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude toward feedback and growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
