1. Manage and train teams to achieve goals。

3. Have the ability to assist the team in closing deals at critical negotiation points.
1. BA/BS degree or above.
2. Over 10 years Brazilian mainstream online channel sales experience or 4A agency media department head (responsible for advertisers' online media resource procurement strategy and landing).
3. Passionate in advertising and sales.
4. Demonstrated abilities to engage with all types of clients, close deals, and grow revenue.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
