The TikTok Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of business development by leading lead mining, conducting in-depth lead validation, and executing strategic seller outreach to drive pipeline growth.
  • Conduct analysis of the seller onboarding funnel, identify bottlenecks through data-driven insights, and formulate actionable optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Deeply engage in the design and delivery of seller training programs and support initiatives, including developing campaign frameworks, curating webinar content, and providing personalized guidance to enhance seller performance.
  • Plan and execute operational strategies, content roadmaps, and growth initiatives for assigned seller segments, aligning with business objectives to drive scale and engagement.
  • Act as a key liaison in meetings with partners, contribute to strategic discussions, and lead cross-team communication to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of collaborative projects.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Final year Bachelors or recent Bachelors graduate in related field.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, with academic projects, internships, or extracurricular experiences in areas like merchant management, digital marketing, or user growth being a plus.
  • Data-driven with a strong foundation in analytical thinking; able to grasp key metrics, track progress toward goals, and draw preliminary insights from data.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute proactively to project execution.
  • Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
