About the role

We're looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen and expand our relationships with top pharma and enterprise clients. In this role, you'll focus on building long-term partnerships, securing contract renewals, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

You'll work closely with Delivery Managers and our Head of Growth to ensure our clients stay with us and grow with us.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead renewals and ensure continuation of existing contracts with minimal risk.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities that align with client needs.
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders and position Appsilon as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless communication and account visibility.
  • Provide quarterly insight reports to guide Appsilon's positioning in the Life Sciences space.
We're looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts and executive relationships.
  • Familiarity with the Life Sciences domain (e.g. clinical trials, FDA submissions, etc).
  • Technical fluency to confidently discuss custom software solutions.
  • Strong communication skills: excellent English proficiency (C1), listening skills, and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU and USA for key meetings and industry events.
Our offer:
  • B2B contract: 15, ,000 PLN net + VAT (EUR or USD
  • Total Compensation Value (salary + benefits): 19, ,260 PLN net (EUR 4,280 - 6,280 or USD 4,490 - 6,595)
