Highlights of this position

About the Role

We are looking for Middleware / IIS Administrators at Junior and Mid levels to support and maintain web application environments. Depending on seniority, professionals will act under supervision or with growing autonomy, contributing to stability, performance, and continuous improvement of production environments within a global IT organization.

Key Responsibilities (scope varies by seniority)

  • Support and/or administer IIS 10 web servers hosting .NET applications;
  • Configure and maintain websites, bindings, backups and configuration versions;
  • Troubleshoot IIS components such as application pools, virtual directories and worker processes;
  • Support the implementation of SSL certificates, authentication and access controls;
  • Assist in diagnosing IIS, ASP.NET, deployment and performance issues;
  • Work with Azure PaaS components (Functions, monitoring), according to experience level;
  • Support deployments using tools such as Octopus Deploy;
  • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell (existing scripts or improvements);
  • Provide support-level assistance for MS SQL Server, working with DBAs when needed;
  • Perform Windows Server 2016/2019 administration and troubleshooting;
  • Participate in incident, change and problem management following ITIL practices;
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and operational improvements (mainly Mid level).

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience with IIS and .NET web applications (support or administration);
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments;
  • Experience supporting MS SQL Server (support level);
  • Exposure to production environments and operational support routines;
  • Experience or willingness to work with PowerShell automation;
  • Basic knowledge of Azure (PaaS concepts, monitoring);
  • English communication skills suitable for the level (Intermediate for Junior / Advanced for Mid).

Nice to Have (according to experience level)

  • CI/CD tools (Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, Jenkins);
  • Container technologies (Docker, Docker Compose);
  • Kubernetes exposure;
  • Python or Bash scripting;
  • Nginx or Tomcat;
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.

Additional Information

  • Location: Indaiatuba/SP
  • Advanced and/or fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves working with international teams
  • Work model: Remote
  • Contract type: CLT (Brazilian labor law employment contract)
  • On-call availability once a month (weekends)
