We are offering a temporary position for at least 16 months.

Our Mission

As Compliance & Integrity Specialist, you'll be a key player in strengthening our compliance culture across Diconium. As a member of our Global Compliance & Integrity Team you will support our entities across Europe, based in Portugal. You'll help shape a sustainable, policy-driven framework that aligns with both regulatory standards and our corporate values.

• You drive the implementation and management of internal and external Codes of Conduct, policies, and regulatory requirements independently.

• You develop, maintain, and continuously improve our group-wide policy management system.

• You review and consolidate new or updated policies introduced by our shareholder, ensuring coordinated implementation with relevant business units and Diconium leadership.

• You oversee and track policy approval processes and updates.

• You support the Compliance & Integrity Team with communication, training, and consultation on compliance topics.

• You contribute to monitoring activities and compliance projects.

• You have successfully completed a degree in laws or economics or a similar field related to compliance and have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in compliance or policy management.

• You are versed in handling project management tasks and have great enthusiasm for corporate structures.

• Proactive, analytical, and committed – you work well independently and as part of a team.

• You are experienced in drafting legal or regulatory texts and are fluent in written and spoken English. German and Portuguese language skills are a plus.

• You are a strong communicator with intercultural sensitivity and the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

• You are familiar with MS SharePoint and familiar with digital collaboration tools.
