Job Description: Systems Engineer – VisionPLUS / VisionNEXT Specialist
Location: Remote (International Contract)
Contract Type: Full-Time – International Contractor
Salary Range: USD $2,500 – $3,500/month (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Engineer with strong expertise in VisionPLUS or VisionNEXT, specialized platforms for credit card and payment processing. This position is ideal for professionals with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in these systems and a solid command of English (B2 level or higher). The role offers an international contract with competitive compensation in USD and the opportunity to work on global financial technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain VisionPLUS or VisionNEXT modules to support credit card issuing, acquiring, and transaction processing.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across various modules.
Participate in system enhancements, integrations, and migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery.
Document system configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with international standards for data security and privacy.
Technical Scope
Candidates should have practical experience with one or more of the following VisionPLUS/VisionNEXT modules:
CMS (Card Management System): Cardholder account management, card issuance, and lifecycle operations.
FAS (Financial Authorization System): Real-time transaction authorization and decisioning.
TRAMS (Transaction Management System): Routing and processing of financial transactions.
ASM (Account Services Module): Account-level services, configurations, and customer data handling.
VMX (VisionNEXT Modular Extensions): API-based architecture and microservices integration (for VisionNEXT).
Rewards & Loyalty Modules: Configuration and processing of loyalty programs and reward points.
Collections & Disputes: Management of delinquency, chargebacks, and dispute resolution workflows.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with VisionPLUS or VisionNEXT platforms.
Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle, transaction flows, and payment processing.
Experience with system configuration, scripting, and SQL.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.
