As Treasury Analyst SR, your mission will be to directly contribute to the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) for EBANX's global operations, significantly impacting the company's financial results.

• Oversee EBANX's funding structure, including debt and receivables management.
• Engaging in EBANX's global investment strategy across our countries.
• Participate in the company's capital structure management, focused on optimizing capital allocation among our entities
• Analyze and monitor ALM structure to identify financial risks, such as liquidity risk and interest rate risk.
• Maintain close relationship with multinational banks, acquirers, and insurance brokers.
• Work closely to our FX Market's team for new operations requirements.
• Partner with our Country's Growth team to deliver tailored local solutions for our global merchants.
• Engage with our Pricing team to ensure liquidity needs and mitigate FX exposure.
• Interact effectively with various cross-functional teams, including Legal, Taxes, Regulatory, and Governance.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and join presentations for directors and c-level executives.

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Treasury in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Advanced English
• Intermediate Spanish

• Completed or in-progress financial certifications (CFA/CGA)
• Familiarity of SAP TRM Module
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Alteryx
