RSM is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our Tax practice. We are seeking a self-motivated, professional and responsible Client Service Representative to focus on accounting procedures and tax return preparation for our SALT Sales & Use Tax Transaction Tax Automation national team in the US. This position is responsible for both client service and administrative functions necessary to support the success of the service line and the clients. This is a critical role where you can truly make a difference in the success of the team.

Job Description:

• Assist with analyzing data and compiling spreadsheets
• Entering data into spreadsheets
• Assist with reviewing transaction data, including invoices and other supporting documentation
• Collaborating with Transaction Tax Automation team members in the delivery of client engagements focused on optimizing indirect tax technology processes and system solutions
• Fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues across Advisory, Tax, and Consulting lines of business, contributing to a multi-disciplinary approach in delivering exceptional client service.
• Engaging in collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of excellent client service.
• Providing crucial support to the national TTA team, maintaining a consistent high level of client service and industry knowledge, globally.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Looking for someone that is energetic, eager to learn, works well in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Vertex Tax Return System is a plus
