This position will be based in our Office in Brazil in an full in person work model. {We are looking for local Talent}
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor legal due diligence processes
- Execute compliance assessments, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
- Draft and review legal documentation, including issuance deeds, securitization agreements, guarantee contracts, quotaholders' meeting minutes, and confidentiality agreements (NDAs)
- Oversee transaction-related guarantees
- Track contract execution and signatures
Main requirements:
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of capital markets law
- Interest in debentures, securitization and investment fund operations
- English advanced/fluent
- Ability to work as part of a team on high level of demand
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Bachelor of Law
