Buscamos un/a Senior Applied Scientist con foco en Economía e Inferencia Causal, capaz de liderar evaluaciones de impacto, tomar decisiones estratégicas y proponer soluciones innovadoras en un entorno data-driven.
Lo que puedes esperar de este rol (Responsabilidades)
Liderar la medición de impacto en indicadores estratégicos (ingresos, costos, puntualidad, experiencia de cliente).
Definir y aplicar metodologías experimentales y observacionales según cada caso de negocio.
Impulsar la cultura de experimentación en la organización, acompañando a equipos en la implementación de modelos causales.
Contribuir al desarrollo y escalamiento de la plataforma de experimentación de la compañía.
Participar activamente en discusiones estratégicas, proponiendo mejoras y nuevas oportunidades basadas en datos.
Requisitos
Formación en Economía, Econometría, Estadística o disciplinas afines.
+4 años de experiencia comprobable como applied scientist o roles similares.
+4 años de experiencia en Inferencia Causal
Sólida experiencia en estudios de evaluación de impacto con metodologías como RCT, Diferencia en Diferencias, Controles Sintéticos, Variables Instrumentales, Propensity Score Matching.
+4 años de experiencia en R y/o Python (pandas, statsmodels, tidyverse u otros).
+4 años de experiencia utilizando SQL para preparación y análisis de datos.

Inglés intermedio - avanzado
Perfil senior, autónomo, proactivo y con capacidad de liderar discusiones y toma de decisiones
Experiencia trabajando con equipos de negocio y análisis, vinculando resultados técnicos con decisiones estratégicas.
