BUSINESS DEVELOPER

Regime de Contratação: PJ - prestador de serviço MEI, sem exclusividade

Remuneração: Fixa + variável - a combinar

Formato de trabalho: remoto, com eventuais reuniões presenciais

Horário de trabalho: flexível, de segunda a sexta-feira, em horário comercial

Residente: Curitiba/PR ou nos estados de RS, SC, PR e SP

Requisitos:

Graduação completa em Direito.

Ter atuado como advogado (a) será um diferencial.

Cursos relacionados à gestão, negociação serão considerados diferenciais.

Experiência comprovada em prospecção ativa de clientes na área jurídica (escritórios de advocacia e departamentos jurídicos de empresas e outras entidades e órgãos públicos)

Comunicação eficaz, negociação, empatia, resiliência e otimismo, persuasão e networking, planejamento e gestão, análise de dados e visão de negócios.

Desejável experiência com softwares de CRM e gestão

Conhecimento do software Bitrix24 será considerado um diferencial.

Atividades: o (a) profissional irá buscar e desenvolver oportunidades comerciais no mercado jurídico, junto a escritórios e departamentos jurídicos em todo o Brasil, de todos os portes e áreas. Analisar o mercado, concorrentes e tendências para descobrir novas áreas de crescimento e potenciais clientes. Buscar ativamente novos clientes e parceiros, construindo e mantendo relacionamentos sólidos para garantir a fidelização. Participar de negociações para fechar contratos, garantindo resultados positivos para a empresa.

Atuar como um elo entre diferentes departamentos (marketing, produtos, operações) para garantir que todos trabalhem em conjunto na entrega de soluções eficazes aos clientes.
