About the Role:

We are seeking an Intake Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in client intake or front-desk legal roles. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and skilled at gathering, verifying, and documenting client information efficiently while providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial client interviews to assess case potential and gather complete documentation.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client data in case management systems.
  • Verify and organize client files, medical records, and other supporting documents.
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with attorneys and clients.
  • Ensure all intake processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide a positive and professional first impression to clients.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years experience in legal intake or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional demeanor and strong client service skills.
