In this role, you will:
Responsible for designing and executing tests for the company's various software applications, overseeing the entire process from creating test plans and suites that contain all the steps, allowing for verification of acceptance criteria and opening bugs with all the necessary details so the development team understands the problem.
Participates in improving testing processes.
Automating all possible tests.
Participates in QA automation projects.
Create tests following the verbs described in our Official Automated Testing Guide and execute them;
Support Azure DevOps testing, creating all tests within the tool with the steps, organization, and names described in our Automated Testing Guide;
Responsible for supporting other QA team members;
Follow best testing practices.
Work model: Hybrid
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo - SP Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered
Knowledge of Python and Java programming
Knowledge of Selenium
Knowledge of RobotFramework
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies
Knowledge of SQL Server databases
Advanced/fluent English
These will help you stand out
Experience writing and executing manual tests and test automation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies (SCRUM and/or KANBAN)
