Avanti Brazil is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our HSPS Division - Height Safety & Productivity Soluctions. The position requires Team up with HSPS global Sales Administration department as well as work closely with relevant departments at the Head Office in Europe.

Sobre o Papel:
The Sales engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling solutions, products, and services in Height, Safety & productivity Solutions across Brazil.
Responsabilidades:
- Attend to assigned clients in the corresponding area
- Prospect and acquire new clients
- Open new sales channels
- Promote and expand the full range of the Company's products within Brazilian market, adapting the product offering to the characteristics of each customer
- Accompany clients' salespeople when selling to the end user, if required
- Visit end users in the area when deemed commercially appropriate
- Visit local specifiers to promote product sales
- Implement and carry out training activities for clients and users to improve their knowledge of the Company's products
- Participate in internal sales meetings and kick offs
- Attend trade fairs when required
- Prepare sales forecasts by product and recommend stock levels
- Propose pricing rates to management that align with the market and company guidelines
- Develop the service offering for corporate products
- Carry out collection activities in coordination with the company's administration
Qualificações:
- University degree in Engineering preferably mechanical Engineering.
- Technical studies (e.g., Electromechanical Professional Training, Technical Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Mechanics-Electrics) will be a plus
- Complementary studies/Knowledge in Administration, Marketing, and Sales are required
- Basic logistics knowledge of import/export as well as local invoicing regulations
- Experience in the lifting, handling, and traction equipment sales sector
- Experience in the industrial supply sector
- Experience in the sale of personal protective equipment (PPE´s) for working at heights is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- English is a must; Spanish, French and/or German is a plus
- Candidates must be based in Fortaleza or Fortaleza´s metropolitan area

- Excellent Portuguese both oral and written
- English Fluency both oral and written

- Technical knowledge: able to identify and sale technical solutions (customer focused)
- Driven by challenges and continuous development
Habilidades Preferenciais:
- Previous commercial experience in personal protective equipment (PPE´s) and/or other solutions related to HSPS Division (working at heights) is desirable.
