THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to our CXTech Darwin team in Brazil
You will be joining our CX-Tech team on an exciting journey to redefine digital experiences and enhance our Wellhub ecosystem. This role transcends traditional product design, as we need someone with a strategic mindset and a holistic approach who can effectively steer the direction of our business.

This is a remarkable opportunity to collaborate and learn from a talented design community of over 36 diverse designers, making a significant impact on our digital landscape.
YOUR IMPACT
- Define Product Direction: Play a vital role in shaping the direction of our digital products and establishing high standards for design excellence, with a specific focus on our internal tools that enhance customer support operations.
- Ecosystem Design: Oversee the Wellhub ecosystem's end-to-end design, taking ownership of products that directly and indirectly influence our customer experience, from internal tools to the end-user journey.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader within your team and the broader Wellhub UX community, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to guide your product area's technical vision.
- Roadmap Development: Shape the roadmap for discovery activities by offering critical insights from the user perspective.
- Facilitate Decision-Making: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to guide strategic decisions and align company priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other product teams and CX customer support operations teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience across our ecosystem products and services.
- Design Process Improvement: Work alongside Design Leadership to refine and improve design processes, fostering continuous improvement through effective change management.

- An End-to-End Problem-Solver: You have an E2E mindset, with the ability to intervene in all areas of the design process and take a project from concept to completion. You are business-aware and can define a clear approach for a project, including providing design estimates.
- A Versatile and Data-Driven Designer: You possess a versatile profile with a strong focus on data analysis. You are highly proficient in UI/UX and have experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- A Proactive and Influential Partner: You are proactive in suggesting new features and contributing to product definition. You possess strong influencing skills and are an excellent communicator with the ability to resolve conflicts and help stakeholders understand design decisions. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and prefer taking on poorly framed challenges over well-defined ones.
- A Human-Centered Collaborator: You are skilled in conducting research and gathering user insights to inform your designs, always considering user needs and competitive trends. You have a profound knowledge of user experience processes, information architecture, and interaction design. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys engaging with stakeholders.
- A Seasoned Professional with a Growth Mindset: You have proven design experience, particularly in technology startups, with a strong background in designing digital platforms and applications. You have a growth mindset, seeing obstacles as opportunities. You also have strong skills in prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions, particularly using Figma.
- A Strong Communicator: You possess exceptional communication skills in both Portuguese and English, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly. You have a passion for storytelling and leveraging data to support your arguments. You are also adept at facilitating remote workshops to support product ideation and decision-making.
